Man, do I like dentistry! That makes me weird, right? Yes, it does. I love helping people get over their fear of the dentist. I also love all the new technology that helps me accomplish this. This bio is so you can hear a little bit about me, so let’s do that (but no boring stuff I promise).

First, I am an identical twin, and he is a dentist too! You should all be grateful he doesn’t live here in Tucson, or else we would play tricks on our patients and make you guess which one we are. I was born in Casper, Wyoming. So, for all you snowbirds from colder climates that come here, I get it. I grew up in Reno, Nevada and know a bit about gambling if that sort of thing interests you. It’s also where I learned to golf. If you golf, I want you to tell me all about it! I went to dental school in San Francisco, so I got a good taste of big city life for a few years. What a great city. Very interesting. If you have ever been, we can compare notes.

I first started out in Reno, Nevada as a dentist where I worked primarily in nursing homes and made a lot of dentures. My experience in dentures exceeds that of most other dentists. I ended up practicing dentistry in Tucson, Arizona because my grandparents lived here. We used to come as kids and swim in their pool. I never thought at that time that I would end up living here, and now I love it! I have been here for ten years now. My Spanish is starting to get better as a result, and I love trying to learn more Spanish from my patients!

Now onto the best thing that has ever happened to me – a wife and three girls. They keep me on my toes, teach me patience, and I love them to death. Pray for me as these teenage years come! Last thing for the bio, in case you are still reading this, is that I have been with iSmile Dentistry for 9 years now. I like the people and business philosophy so much that several years ago I partnered with them and am now helping to expand our company so we can serve more people in Arizona and Utah. I like the challenge of learning more about dentistry and business. I am a lifelong learner.
