All staff were friendly and appeared knowledgeable. They were on time: I had very little wait time once in the exam room. Dr. Rivera performed a thorough exam, similar to my past experiences with other dentists. They were clear about the dental plan of action. They were not pushy with encouraging additional services (i.e. gum laser). I felt no pressure and am looking forward to the actual cleaning.
