We will honor all purchased iSmile Program plans at their original value and benefits through your first annual year. All new or renewed purchases will be with the following terms:

*After 30 days from the date of purchase, you cannot cancel the Program. If you use the services under the Program within first 30 days, you cannot cancel the Program. If you cancel the plan within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, LESS a $25.00 non-refundable enrollment fee. Expired and/or partially used Program memberships will not be refunded or exchanged. The iSmile Program is not dental or health insurance and can only be used at iSmile locations. You must pay all fees for dental services but will receive a discount from iSmile. Questions or concerns regarding treatment of this Program should be directed to the Office Manager at the servicing location, or the location nearest you within 10 days.
