Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Location: Arizona and Utah (Multiple Locations)

Job Description: iSmile Dentistry is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing excellent dental care and promoting optimal oral health for our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform dental hygiene procedures, educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, and assist the dentist in delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Administer local anesthetic and apply fluoride treatments as necessary
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive measures, and post-treatment care
• Assist the dentist in various dental procedures, such as dental fillings, extractions, and crown placements
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support

Qualifications:

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Arizona and/or Utah (depending on location)
• Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Dental Hygienist (new graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in performing dental hygiene procedures with attention to detail and patient comfort
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, oral health conditions, and treatment options
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients of all ages

• Knowledge of dental software and digital radiography systems is a plus
